RWS. good luck finding any and be prepared to spend $30-40 dollars a box if you do. I have found it to work best in
every 22 mag I've ever seen.

I purchased 3 boxes of Hornady 30 grain V-Max ammo to try in my 25MN Marlin rifle. So far, this ammo in 30 grain is the most consistent I have used at 100 yards. I am getting consistent 1 inch groups. My 25MN likes in descending order the following 30 grain ammo: V-Max > CCI Maxi-Mag +V JHP > Federal JHP Sierra.
22 Mag Marlin 25MN Rifle
22 LR Marlin 25N Rifle
22 Mag S&W Model 651-8 Kit Gun Silverplate 4"
22 LR S&W K-22 6" barrel
22 LR Ruger New Model Bearcat
22 Ruger New Model Single Six Convertible 6.5"

My CZ seems to like the lighters bullets better. Hornady and Remington shoot the tightest.
